The City of Corona Public Works Department (City) invites qualified proposals for: Ten Year Pavement Management Program Update The City of Corona (City) is soliciting proposals from firms or individuals with established knowledge and experience in all aspects of the services requested in this RFP. The successful consultant will be responsible for conducting pavement condition surveys of the Citys entire street network consisting of five districts with approximately 388 total centerline miles with the goal to update the Citys Pavement Management Program with a multi-year pavement management plan with appropriate maintenance and rehabilitation (M&R) strategies and a budgetary analysis to determine M &R funding needs. Please refer to the scope of services found in the RFP document for further details. Consultants shall upload each required RFP form individually. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the proposal submission deadline. Proposal documents can be uploaded, modified or withdrawn any time prior to the proposal submission deadline. Please review the E-bidding Instructions FAQs uploaded to the Documents & Attachments Tab. The PlanetBids system will not accept late proposals. No exceptions. Failure to submit electronic proposals shall result in a non-responsive finding and will not be considered for award. Consultants experiencing technical difficulties with the proposal transmission process should contact PlanetBids Support at (818) 992-1771. Consultants that continue to experience difficulty with the PlanetBids system should contact the City of Corona Purchasing Division at (951) 736-2274. Neither the City nor PlanetBids make any guarantees or assurances as to the timely availability of assistance or resolution of any given issue prior to the proposal submission date and time. Issuance of this RFP and/or receipt of proposals does not commit City to award a contract. Consultants are solely responsible for informing themselves with respect to proper usage of the PlanetBids online bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the reliability of their internet service.
