The City and County of Broomfield (CCOB) respectfully requests written qualifications (Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)) from design-build contractors for the proposed Skatepark Refresh Design and Construction project in Community Park. The purpose of this RFQ is to extablish a short list of one or more of the most qualified design-build contractors to propose on a future Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The CCOB may elect to only prequalify one contractor and proceed without a RFP process. If two or more contractors are prequalified, only contractors placed on the Prequalified List will be solicited and allowed to submit proposals.
