Reference Number : 1588101 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Ludger, which is located in the MRC du Granit, is requesting tenders for the supply of granular materials MG20B for the summer period of 2022. The tenderer must submit a price per metric ton including the delivery of the materials and a price per metric ton excluding the delivery of materials. The price used to determine the lowest compliant bidder will be the addition of the 2 multiplication results, namely: Estimated Qty Delivered x Delivered Price = Total A Estimated Qty Undelivered x Undelivered Price = Total B Grand total (price used for bid acceptance) = Total A + Total B To be valid, any tender must include a delivered price and an undelivered price, must be accompanied by all the documents required in the tender documents, must be deposited in a sealed envelope, identified "Provision of granular materials 2022 - Municipality of Saint-Ludger". Dropping off at a post office or the fact that the tender is received in the Municipality's mail chute before the time for depositing tenders is not sufficient for the tender to be received on time. The Municipality of Saint-Ludger does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and reserves the right to reject all tenders without incurring any liability for damages that may result from this request for tender.
