Reference number : 1588695 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 35 As part of the operation of the Laurentides wildlife reserve (the "Establishment" or the "Reserve"), Sepaq must regularly call on contractors to entrust them with construction work. The nature of this work is variable and will depend on the needs of the Reserve. Sepaq wishes to establish two (2) non-exhaustive lists of contractors in order to meet its sporadic and unforeseen needs for construction work (the "Works") at the Reserve (hereinafter the "Lists"). The following Lists are constituted: o List A: Doors and windows contractor; o List B: Building contractor. The Works will be carried out on the territory of the Reserve. For information purposes, a general map of the Reserve is available on the following web page: https://www.sepaq.com/dotAsset/3288997.pdf. The Works to be performed are of any kind, including, but not limited to: o Installation of windows; o Assembly and installation of fisherman's shelters (small cabins); o Construction of additional washrooms in the Brule sector of the Reserve; o Several small construction projects. The Lists will be constituted for a period beginning on May 1 , 2022 to March 31, 2025, without renewal. However, the anniversary date of the Lists is deemed to be April 1 of each year.ach year.
