For road maintenance and improvements at their regular April meeting. Bids should have prices for the following specifications: HOT MIX BID " Full Road Width Paver Pass Ground Butt Joints 1/2 (one-half inch) Intermediate w/ 1 & 1/2 (one and one-half inch) Surface Coat for total of 2 (two inches) Price per ton applied Tack Coat applied @ 0.08 gallons per square yard Prices should include all costs of material, labor & equipment transportation. BIDS FOR HOT MIX MUST BE SUBMITTED SEPARATELY FROM CHIP & SEAL. All bids need proof of Workers Comp., insurance, ODOT certificate and delinquent tax affidavit. The completion date must be by September 10, 2022. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
