Contractor agrees to bush hog, mow, and weed eat 1 time by April 30, 2022. Contractor agrees to mow and/or weed eat twice per month between May 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022. Contractor should weed eat areas that will not allow a mower. In addition, any downed large limbs or trees are to be removed by Contractor. NOTE: Prior to invoicing, contractor must notify Crystal Danker at (865) 594-0220 with the Property Management Office during or after each mowing session for verification. The successful bidder must agree to indemnify and save the State harmless from all losses, damages, and expenses in accordance with the terms of agreement for the removal of the improvements.
