Contractor agrees to bush hog, mow, and weed eat 1 time by April 30, 2022. Contractor agrees to mow and/or weed eat twice per month between May 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022. Contractor should weed eat areas that will not allow a mower. In addition, any downed large limbs or trees are to be removed by Contractor. NOTE: Prior to invoicing, contractor must notify Crystal Danker at (865) 594-0220 with the Property Management Office during or after each mowing session for verification. Contractor must invoice the Department of Transportation each month April, 2022 through October, 2022. East Andrew Johnson Hwy, Cool Springs Rd, Harvey Dr, Cain Mill Rd, Old Russellville Pike, Barnard Dr, Jaybird Rd, East Morris Boulevard, and Luther Proffitt Rd in Morristown and Russellville. Contractor agrees to bush hog, mow, and weed eat 1 time by April 30, 2022. Contractor agrees to mow and/or weed eat twice per month between May 1, 2022 and October 31, 2022. Contractor should weed eat areas that will not allow a mower. In addition, any downed large limbs or trees are to be removed by Contractor. IN ADDITION: Successful bidder will be responsible for compliance with all applicable safeguards, including (but not limited to) placement of all necessary erosion controls during the work to satisfy contract. ** All materials are to be properly disposed of in a permitted landfill. Payment will not be ordered until manifests/receipts from a legally permitted landfill are furnished to TDOT. **Evaluation proceedings will be conducted within the established guidelines regarding equal employment opportunity and nondiscriminatory action based upon the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, creed, age, and disability. Interested certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms as well as other minority- and/or women-owned firms are encouraged to respond to all advertisements by TDOT The successful bidder will be required to comply with all State laws and local ordinances to remove said improvements, salvage, and debris, and to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and with Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 21, Department of Transportation. The successful bidder must agree to indemnify and save the State harmless from all losses, damages, and expenses in accordance with the terms of agreement for the removal of the improvements.
