IFB for the annual maintenance and repair of the elevators throughout the Boston Public Library system. Prevailing Wage rates apply. This is a 3 year contract. A 5% bid deposit is required for this Ch 149 bid. Deadline for Questions: April 15, 2022 at 5:00PM Direct all questions regarding this event via email to Sean McGahan at Business@bpl.org A performance bond and a labor/materials/payment bond, each of a Surety Company qualified to do surety business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in the sum of 100% of the Contract price will be required of the successful General Bidder. The Contractor shall, in accordance with these specifications, furnish all labor and transportation necessary for the maintenance and servicing of certain elevators located in Library buildings, as specified in the attached specifications, for a multi-year (three [3] year) period beginning July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2025, at the Bid Price.
