No definite date for the rebid.** For the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Blaine County's Indian Creek Road from the road's approach onto Buttercup Road to the cul-de-sac end of the county road (approximately 3-miles). This reconstruction and rehabilitation will include approximately 13,270 linear feet of full-depth asphalt reclamation (R.A.B.S.) and repaving (3.0" HMA), approximately 2,400 linear feet of asphalt removal, full-depth base reconstruction, and repaving, and approximately 520 square feet of thin (2.0") asphalt overlay of the typically 24-feet wide roadway. The Work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents. The proposed project Bid is identified by lengths of the road that identify the proposed reconstruction or rehabilitation work for that particular length of the path (e.g. R.A.B.S., base replacement, overlay, asphalt removal and repave, etc.). The Contractor shall bid each length of road reconstruction, accordingly. Bid Forms will be provided in the Contract Documents. The project is planned to be completed between May 31, 2022 October 15, 2022. A Bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified cashier's check, or a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the Blaine County, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Questions received after the April 20, 2022 Q & A deadline may not be answered. All questions regarding this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to Kay Draper. No "substitutions" of products will be considered for approval prior to the award of the contract. Blaine County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
