The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, fuel, and materials as necessary to perform interior and exterior painting services on a project by project basis for the SBSC pursuant to the unit prices set forth in this bid. The scope of the work to be performed includes many small jobs. The SBSC reserves the right to bid separately the painting of an entire campus. The attached Sarasota County Schools Division 9 - Painting Design Standard and all related requirements shall be used as the minimum standard for all new and renovation construction projects and maintenance related work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond in an amount no less than five percent (5% - $75,000) of the potential value of the bid ($1,500,000 - potential value).
