Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Scope of work includes, but is not limitied to power washing, stripping, wire-brushing, and replacing existing exterior and interior sheet edge sealant fillets with ANSI/NSF 61 Certified Chevron Industrial Membrane (CIM) 1061 over interior lap joints and bolt lines, and incidental glass coating holiday touch-ups throughout existing 406,650-gallon glass-coated bolted-steel ground storage tank, and replacement of interior 12-inch x 90 degree bend well discharge fitting. Latest Inspection Report of Glass-Coated Bolted Steel Tank (dated 11/13/2020) will be included within the project bid docs and specs. No construction plans will be provided.
