**As of May 9 2022, project was awarded to Lappe Cement Finishing Inc, awarded amount is $1,053,715.85** The improvements consist of: Mill and fill overlay of the existing pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, street lights, and work at intersecting streets as shown in the plans. Question & Answer deadline Apr 15, 2022 (Fri), 12:00 PM A certified or cashier's check, or bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid shall be submitted with each Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by Owner.
