Contractor shall provide labor and materials required to repair chiller lines on the roof of Brown Hall Gym and Brown Hall Annex. Tasks include: 4.1 Contractor to remove old metal covering, insulation, pipe, and dispose of it in a waste container 4.2 All new pipe shall be no less than 4 inches off of the roof with Insulation and metal covering 4.3 Contractor to perform a pressure test on all new pipe and including the air handlers for 24 hours. Contractor may use compressed air to perform the test. 4.4 Contractor will work with ULM for the drain valves placement in the system 4.5 Contractor will install all pipe, supports, insulation, valves, to meet all codes Materials to be included: 4.6 307.00 LF - R&R Water supply line type L - copper fitting & hanger, 2-1/2" 4.7 68.00 LF - R&R Water supply line type L - copper with fitting and hanger, 2" 4.8 386.00 LF - R&R Water supply line type L - copper fitting & hanger, 1-1/2" 4.9 761.00 LF - R&R Fiberglass pipe insulation - 1" wall for 1 1/2" to 2" pipe 4.10 761.00 LF - Material Only Flashing, 14" wide. Aluminum material used for metal jacket around piping and insulation. 4.11 R&R Ball valve - brass - 3/4" 4.11.1 (2) Bleeder valves at high point at top of wall 4.11.2 (6) valves at drain lines on roof next to drains 4.11.3 (12) shut-off valves at high point into each unit atop roof 4.12 R&R Condensate drain line - drains at low points. Connect hose for draining. 4.13 Rooftop pipe supports 4.14 4" pipe straps for risers on wall, top, middle and bottom
