Luzerne County invites qualified vendors to submit a proposal to provide for the replacement of an Existing Chilled Water Coil and Hot Water Coil for Air Handling Unit #5. All vendors and contractors may be required to submit a Performance Bond to Luzerne County Purchasing upon contract award. Contract Terms: The contract term is from May 09, 2022 to May 09, 2023. The County Manager and administrative officers reserve the right to reject any and all RFPs or specifications when deemed to the best interest of the County and also to purchase any, part, or none of the materials specified. The Luzerne County Division of Corrections invites qualified vendors to submit a proposal to provide for the replacement of an Existing Chilled Water Coil and Hot Water Coil for AHU #5 located at 99 Water Street Wilkes-Barre, PA. Please submit your proposal based on the Scope of Work section of this document. There is no expressed or implied obligation for Luzerne County to reimburse responding vendors for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. Perform a site visit to insure a complete understanding of the project and existing site conditions and construction restraints. Lump sum cost to include all equipment, labor and materials (tax exempt). All materials used for this project should be submitted to LCCF Maintenance Department for approval prior to project start. Once the project is complete, the contractor is responsible for cleanup of the project site. Take apart AH by Sections and Remove Defected CW/HW-Coil and Dispose of. Supply Crane and Rigging Company to remove and install CW/HW-Coil. Supply and install All Necessary piping Copper Piping and Insulation. Supply and install all necessary Controls. Turn water back on and leak check. Perform full system operation checkout. Include 1- year Parts/ labor warranty. Project duration time should not exceed more than 30 days from Notice to Proceed.
