Request for Qualification for Operation and Management of the King George County Service Authority Wastewater Treatment Plants All questions must be submitted in writing directly to the King George County Procurement Specialist at the address referenced above. Questions will be accepted until 1:00 PM, April 14, 2022. Questions may be sent by fax or email. KGCSA, in its sole opinion, reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive informalities and to negotiate an agreement and price with the selected Offeror.
