Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Dandridge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
**As of December 19, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the CONTRACTORS LICENSING ACT OF 1976, and as passed by the 89th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. Furthermore, the Contractor should have the necessary licensing classifications as listed in Rules of Tennessee Board for Licensing General Contractors-Chapter 0680-1. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidders Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, in the sum of five percent of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent of the Contract price prior to the execution of the contract. Jefferson County Nursing Home reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the owner. Questions regarding this bid request shall be directed, in writing via e-mail, to Engineering Services Group Inc. (rwhillock@esg1989.com). All technical questions will be addressed by written addendum issued by the engineer.
