All questions must be in writing and addressed to Jim Willis, Streets Superintendent, at jim.willis@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Monday, April 11, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Jim Willis at (970) 542-3987 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted. The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program.
