Renovation of an educational facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 9, 2022 this project has been awarded to New Age Alarms & Communications with award amount $24,163.31** Scope of Work shall entail the following: Baileyton Elementary School: 1. PA System Replacement 2. Floor Tile and Stair Tread Replacement 3. Partial Re-roof Replacement Interested contractors shall visit the site and visually inspect all existing conditions and constraints associated with this Work. Contractors shall contact David Myers; Director of Maintenance, 423-470-0900, to schedule site visit. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County School System. The bid security is to be included with the sealed bid. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. All bids must be submitted on BID FORM and Envelope Cover Sheet furnished by the Architect.
