The proposed project consists of a 21,000 SF fire station with a three bay, double deep apparatus area, maintenance bay, administration wing and living quarters. This bid process and award of the contract will be made in accordance with Section 11k of the Illinois Fire Protection District Act (70ILCS 705/11k). The PGCFPD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, or to accept any bid or any part thereof, or to waive technical or legal deficiencies, if deemed to be in the best interest of the District. Hargrave Builders will be utilizing BuildingConnected for the entire bidding process, including addenda, therefore all interested bidders must contact Hargrave Builders to have access to BuildingConnected.
