SCOPE OF WORK 1. Provide and install all air handlers 1,2,3 and 4 in Student Activity Center 2. Provide and install new electric valve and damper actuators to replace existing pneumatic actuators on (4) new AHU's 3. Provide and install new electric relief damper actuators located above gymnasium floor. (Lift required) 4. Provide and install new electric valve actuators on (31) VAV Hot water valves to replace existing pneumatic actuators. 5. Provide cabling as required to new electric actuators. 6. Replace chiller& boiler circulation pumps seven total pumps. 7. All new control wiring or power supply wiring for all vav boxes. 8. Replace chiller 110 ton remove existing and depose of. Model 30XAA1106T-028-7 460V R-134A or Equal. 9. Reinsulate all piping in damaged areas 10. Air handler 1 has a heater and cooling coils Model Number Carrier 39ED 36 SERIAL # 2588T-10281 11. Air handler 4 is cooling only Model number Carrier 39ED 19 SERIAL # 2588T 10284 14. Provide new pipe insulation, for all pumps, and valves. 15. Provide technical labor for project management, programming, training, and checkout. 16. Contractor to provide temporary cooling and/or heating to the building during the construction. 17.
