Renovation of an educational facility in Medina, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demo existing boil-er and boiler appurtenances. 2. Demo pump VFDs, 3. Demo existing domestic water heaters and water heater appurtenances. 4. Provide two high efficiency gas-fired boilers and appurtenances. 5. Provide two .high efficiency gas-fired water heaters and appurte-nances. 6. Provide DDC controls for boilers and water heaters. 7. Provide pump VF1)s. 8, Provide miscellaneous improvements to the existing heating water sys-tem. 9. Electrical work to support mechanical scope. A Bid Deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount; of the base bid is required and must either be a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashiers' check or certified check. Deposits of unsuccessful bid-ders will be returned; howev-er, the three lowest will be held until after award of Contract. Bid Deposit; of successful bidder will be returned upon receipt and accep-tance of completed Performance and Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance, and signed Contract Agreement, The Board of Directors of Bellevue School District No, 405 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any infor-mality. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the receiving thereof or before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed, for a period. exceeding thirty (30) days.
