Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corunna, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work is located on Murray Street, in Corunna, Township of St. Clair. The work includes: - Removal of existing roadway including asphalt, granular, catch basins, curbs, sub-drains and storm services - Installation of a new PVC storm sewer including services & necessary appurtenances - Site restoration including paving and compaction activities, curb restoration, driveway restoration and boulevard restoration It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
