This contract shall be effective from May 2022- December 2022. Bidders shall carefully examine the specifications and familiarize themselves with the work to be performed. In addition, bidders shall use whatever means may be necessary to completely satisfy themselves of the quantity of materials, amount and skill level of labor, extent, requirements, and actual conditions under which the work is to be performed. Failure on the part of the bidders to thoroughly acquaint themselves with all of the details of the work to be performed shall not be considered as a valid reason for claims of any kind after the award of the contract. The contractor shall supply and furnish all materials equipment, personnel, and labor to perform all of the required work as outlined by this specification.
