***In order to be an official bidder, contractors must purchase their own plan set from the Civil Engineer.*** VILLAGE OF BROWNSTOWN 114 E MAIN STREET BROWNSTOWN, IL 623418 WATER MAIN RELOCATION Bids are invited upon the items of work as follows: Water Main Relocation Relocation of approximately 900 feet of Water main on the South West portion of town including connections to existing water mains, flush hydrant and gate valves. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders The Village must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national orgin and that all Federal, State and Local provisions shall apply. Village of Brownstown reserves the right to reject any or all proposals of to waive any informalities in the procurement process. Bids may be held by the Village of Brownstown for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to award of Contract.
