Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and medical facility.

Replace chilled water and condenser water piping in order to provide manifold chiller operation. Scope includes pipe connections, automatic temperature controls, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Project Location: MUSC College of Dental Medicine, 29 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29425 Construction Cost Range: $500,000.00 to $600,000.00 The final date for substitution requests and contractor questions is April 23, 2022 at 5:00pm.
