The City of Smithville seeks Engineering Services that will encompass all project-related engineering & surveying services required for the construction of ADA-compliant ramps and sidewalks associated with the 2020 TXDOT (23 CFR 172) TA Set-Aside Pedestrian Walkways in Smithville. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards, Section 3. Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. The City of Smithville is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
