The University of Texas at Austin (University or Owner) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the following project as further detailed in the attached Drawings and Specifications: ETC: Install Additional Sprinkler Heads Engineering Teaching Center II (ETC) Expand existing fire sprinkler system to add sprinkler heads throughout building to bring building up to 100% sprinkler coverage. Budget The budget range for the project is approximately $200,000.00 to $250,000.00. All work for this project must begin on or about 8/1/2022 and must be completed by the end of the day on 2/27/2023. The awarded Contractor shall limit his use of the premises to the work indicated, so as to allow for Owner occupancy and use by the public. Deadline for questions/requests for clarification 4/27/2022 at Noon *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
