The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective bidders to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidental necessary for the MBC and City of Minneapolis Office Improvements Phase 3A Project, all in accordance with the provided specifications, drawings, event line items and other documents provided. A contractor responding to this solicitation swears they are in compliance with the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3, and shall upon request submit to the city a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria.
