Renovation of an educational facility in Rothesay, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing roofing on Roofs 2, 12, 13, 14 to reveal existing 2 ply Felt vapour barrier mopped over existing concrete deck slab. .2 Remove all roofing materials on Roof 3 including mechanicallly fastened gypsum board to reveal existing steel deck. .3 Roof 3 requires prepping of existing steel deck and provision of new 12.7mm gypsum board mechanically fastened to deck. .4 Provision of new modified roofing materials for all 5 roofs, new vapour barrier, insulation (tapered and flat), asphalt core board with factory applied base sheet, cap sheet,, base and cap flashings, as noted in details and specifications. .5 Removal/provision of new pre-finished roof edge metal flashing per details. .6 Removal/provision of new roof drains c/w accessories as per details. .7 Removal/provision of new insulated vent stacks c/w covers as per details. .8 Modification to existing hatch curb and pan unit curbs as noted in details. .9 Modifications to existing roof area dividers located between Roof 2 and Roof 12, Roof 12 and Roof 13, Roof 13 and Roof 14, Roof 14 and Roof 15 as noted in details. .10 Modifications to roof/wall details at roofs 3, 12, 13 and 14 as noted in details. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
