The City of College Station is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms interested and qualified to perform the necessary evaluation, design, and construction drawings related functions required for development of an overall landscape conceptual plan to enhance the entire park and a plan to enhance the two main entrances into the park and the entrance into the Veterans Memorial. The construction drawings, overall landscape plan, and the two of these entrances will require construction drawing prior to completion of contract. Question Cutoff Date 4/13/2022 03:00:00 PM (ET) The City of College Station is seeking a design team to develop an overall landscape concept plan that will enhance the entire park, as well as a plan to enhance the two main entrances into the park and the entrance to the Veterans Memorial. Prior to completion of contract, construction drawings will be required for the overall landscape plan and two the entrances As of March 23, 2023, an issuance of short-listed firms has been released. The design firm selection timeline has not been disclosed.
