Questions relating to this solicitation shall be emailed to Christian Racachot at bfspurchasing@honolulu.qov. The Contractor shall provide a pre-construction submittal (herein after referred to as "Pre-Construction Submittal") to the City no later than sixty (60) calendar days after the City's execution of the contract, unless approved otherwise by the OIC. The City shall award a contract to the responsive, responsible Offeror with the lowest Total Price. The award is subject to the availability of funding. The City reserves the right to apply liquidated damages, pursuant to Appendix D: Special Provisions, if the Contractor fails to provide the preconstruction submittal to the City's satisfaction within the specified time.
