The Owner will require the successful bidder to provide separate Performance and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds in the amount of the contract price and in the form specified in the Bid Documents Owner reserves the right to reject bids that contain omissions, exceptions or modifications, or in its sole discretion to waive such irregularities, or to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid which is in the best interest of the Owner.
