Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Marshallville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Furnishing of design plans, all labor, material and equipment for the replacing of the Bridge located Black Diamond Rd. (WAY-TR133-2.10) in accordance with the design-build specifications prepared by Eric K. Liew, P.E., P.S. of the Wayne County Engineer's Office. All materials and equipment must meet the specifications of the Ohio Department of Transportation and shall include all necessary barricades, signs, lights, watchmen, etc., and work performed shall be under the supervision of the Wayne County Engineer's Office. Only ODOT prequalified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. All questions must be submitted in writing, via email, to the individual named above. Shortly after the deadline for the submission of bids, any bids received on time will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Meeting Room on the Upper Level of the Wayne County Administration Building, 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply to this project. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all irregularities and/or defects, and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to Wayne County.
