Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hazlet, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes removal and replacement of all concrete curb, replacing limited sections of sidewalk, installation of handicap accessible curb ramps where applicable, installation and/or repair of existing drainage pipe and inlets, milling of the existing pavement surface, installation of pavement base course or base course repairs as needed as determined by visual inspection of the milled pavement surface and a 2-inch pavement surface course overlay as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 165 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "The Township of Hazlet" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. The Township of Hazlet reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
