Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Keswick, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified vendors (respondents) for the provision of the following deliverables (work): Manufacture, deliver, install, commission and finish (interior connections and exterior waterproofing) a steel shade structure (structure) of minimum 260 square feet and a minimum of 11' - 4 1/2 " in height using new materials. Work is more fully defined within the bid document. The approved budget value for this project is $50,000 exclusive of taxes.
