The Work consists of, but is notnecessarily limitedto the following: Neighborhood drainage improvements, including standard storm sewer, standard side ditch, hybrid ditch, gabion wall improvement, and pavementimprovements where pavement is disturbed due to constructionactivities. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amountnot less than five percent (5 %) ofthe amount bid mustbe submitted with each Bid. Aone hundred percent (100%) Performance and PaymentBond will also be required ofthe successful Bidder. Project Range: $1,900,000 - $2,400,000 This Work will be funded by the City of Indianapolis. The participation goal for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) forthis contract is fifteen percent (15%). The participation goalfor Women Business Enterprise (WBE) forthis contractis eightpercent (8%). The participation goal for Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) is three percent (3%). The participation goal for Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) is one percent(1%).
