In general, the Project requires procurement, fabrication, installation of three (3) three-tunnel type apron drive passenger boarding bridges. Each passenger boarding bridge is to be provided with a point of use direct expansion preconditioned air system and combination a 400Hz and 28 vDC solid state ground power unit. The work shall also include removal/disposal of two existing passenger loading bridges, and relocation of one doorway access for Gate 2. The participation goal for this Project has been established to be 2.7% percent of the Contract Price Estimate: $2.5 - $3.5 Million *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions will be responded to if received before 12:00 PM on Friday, April 15, 2022. Answers will be provided as soon as possible with a goal of end of day Friday, April 15, 2022 or Monday, April 18, 2022 at the latest. Performance and payment bonds will be required for this Project. The bid bond must reference the Owner and the Project by name as identified in this Section. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, including non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional Bids. The Owner may also reject the Bid of any Offeror if the Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Owner to make an award to that Offeror.
