The City of Plano cannot guarantee, due to internal procedures, that any bids/proposals sent via US mail will be picked up and delivered by the closing date and time.A BID BOND or a CASHIERS CHECK in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must be received by The City of Plano Purchasing Division prior to the published bid closing date/time. The City will require the presumed awardee to furnish the original bid bond within 24 hours of the request by the Purchasing Department. The bid bond will need to be provided on the City's Bid Bond form that is included in this solicitation. The City of Plano is soliciting widening pavement (outside and inside lanes) of WB approach to the Spring Creek Parkway and US75 intersection including traffic signal, sidewalk and drainage modifications. Widening pavement of SB Preston Road North of Park Boulevard, to extend axillary right turn lane including storm drain modifications. Removal of the existing median and replacement with enhanced median on the Headquarters Drive Bridge crossing Dallas North Tollway, including traffic signal and sidewalk modifications. All locations will include, traffic control, erosion control, vegetative restoration, pavement markings, cleanup and other miscellaneous elements of work.
