Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Thornbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.

This Request for Tender (the RFT) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the Town) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Little River Park Enhancements, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The Town is seeking bids for the construction of a 624 square foot washroom facility located at Little River Park, 4 Harbour Street Thornbury. The Town will be responsible for the following items prior to construction - Demolition of the existing structure and removal of debris from site - Disconnecting the hydro - Disconnecting the municipal water service and capping - Disconnecting the municipal sewer connection from the structure and capping The Contractor will be responsible for all work as noted on the associated drawings, including but not limited to Division 2 (Site works, excavation, piles, etc.), Division 3 (Concrete), Division 4 (Masonry), Division 11 (Equipment) and Division 15 and 16 (Plumbing and Electrical). The Contractor will be responsible for installing and re-connecting all services. Documents can be obtained at: https://thebluemountains.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
