Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for General Contract # D005958 including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the replacement of an existing trailer dump and fill station at Delta Lake State Park. The Estimate Range for this project is: $335,615 - $454,065. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $15,000.00, Fifteen Thousand Dollars and 00/100. The following goals for MWBE participation on this project have been established at: Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 11% Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 10% SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS (SDVOB) GOALS The following goals for SDVOB participation on this project have been established at: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business 6% The completion date for this project is 345 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Liquidated damages will apply for failing to complete the construction of the new dump and fill station by May 12, 2023. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
