The Estimate Range for this project is: $335,615 - $454,065. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $15,000.00, Fifteen Thousand Dollars and 00/100. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business 6% The completion date for this project is 345 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Liquidated damages will apply for failing to complete the construction of the new dump and fill station by May 12, 2023. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 1:30 PM on April 20, 2022. RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
