The NYS Office of Mental Health and the NYS Psychiatric Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Chillers & Ancillary Equipment at the Facility. The Program Work Plan with Preventive Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions are due per the instructions in the IFB by Wednesday, April 27, 2022 by 3:00 PM EST. Questions will be accumulated and OMH responses sent on May 4.
