Site work, paving, asbestos abatement and renovation of an educational facility in Florence, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,910-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; 4,995-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
Terms and conditions of the bid are outlined in Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC) forthcoming "Invitation to Bid" attached to and made a part of the Contract Documents. CM/GC INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS: Lease Crutcher Lewis intends to submit a proposal for SIDING and TRIM for this bid package. All CM/GC estimates will be submitted directly to LCC and Otak as listed, prior to bid due date. Bids will be opened and certified by LCC and Otak. Please reach out to Lease Crutcher Lewis and inquire if you need alternate method of sending in our bids. Bids will not be accepted after bidding close time. Email time stamp will be used as official time of submission. ALL PROJECT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO: Toan Vo, CM/GC Project Manager at toan.vo@lewisbuilds.com Anticipated project start: April 2022 Anticipated completion: December 2022 Substitution requests are due by April 6, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. per the request process outlines in the specifications. This is prevailing wage job. This project includes major renovation to existing Building A, and minor upgrading work in existing Building B. Works include structural, interior finishes, envelop, and MEPFS systems. It also includes improving the site, both hardscape and softscape. Please review the scope specific instruction to bidders in the "Files" section. Scopes awarded in previous bid packages include: mechanical, plumbing, electrical, glazing, demolition, doors/frames/hardware, structural framing, and roofing. This bid package is for Bid Package #3 which consists of Sitework and Utilities, Site Fencing, Asphalt Paving and Slurry Coat, Pavement Markings and Vehicular Signage, Site Concrete, Landscaping, Site Furnishings, Siding, Painting, Overhead Sectional Doors, Drywall and Acoustical Work, Casework and Countertops, Flooring, Toilet Partitions and Accessories, Miscellaneous Specialties, Roller Window Shades, Fire Sprinklers. Bid Package #3.00 - Sitework & Utilities has been affected. Please bid all site demolition shown on the attached demolition pages per Amendment A. The total building renovation costs is projected to be approximately $7 Million. The project consists of renovation of the existing 17,426 SF one story campus building. Campus consists of three (3) separate buildings. Building A: 10,910 SF BUILDING B: 4,995 BUILDING C: 1,080 SF. Construction of the buildings are wood framed, on continuous and spread footings and partially supported on concrete slab on grade. Work will include - BLDG A: Interior space renovations, new mechanical mezzanines, storage, seismic upgrades, complete demo, window replacement, reclad of exterior finishes including roofing, new domestic and fire water lines to support new fire protection system. New Mechanical System complete with DDC Controls, New Plumbing infrastructure, new lighting throughout and electrical work to support upgrades. BLDG B: Exterior Paint, New Roofing (Alternate), Mechanical Equipment upgrade utilizing existing ductwork and new lighting throughout. BLDG C - No work. BLDG A will be partially occupied in the Spring of 2022 and Fall of 2022 BLDG B will be occupied for the duration of the project.
