Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Marie-Victorin building of the Montreal University. The scope of the project includes installation of a new emergency generator in the boiler room. Project # 55928. Note. The existing 500-kW generator is housed in a building annexed to the Marie Victorin pavilion. This building will eventually be demolished to make way for a courtyard for a CPE. Several possible locations for the location of the new generator have been preliminary identified by the University. These places are not exhaustive and other places may be proposed by the selected firm. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consultant following the Request for proposals 55928_570_DGN_ED_PUB_SA. Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2024. Timelines of further project developemt are being finalized.
