Project Location: Department of Veterans Affairs, 150 S Huntington Ave, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130. Magnitude Of Construction: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. SOW: The Contractor shall provide all labor, selective demolition, equipment, material, supervision and disposal required for the project 523-22-001. The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition, construction and furnish labor and materials to perform work on building roof 1 through 7. All work will have to be performed and executed by the drawings, specifications and contract documents. 275 calendar days after receipt of written Notice to Proceed is the task order performance period. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
