Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Erosion control, curb and gutter, storm drains, sidewalk, asphalt paving, pavement markings, traffic control, signal work, culvert, bridge, greenway, and various utility work along Blue Ridge Road from Homewood Banks Drive to Crabtree Valley Avenue. SPR CASE NO: SPR-0183-2023 Questions will only be received in written form by email to Nabil.Hasan@raleighnc.com. The deadline to submit written questions is 5:00 PM on July 13, 2026. No proposal will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its filing, the same shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, or certified check on a bank or trust company insured by the FDIC and authorized to do business in North Carolina in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. In the alternative, a five percent (5%) bid bond issued by a corporate surety licensed by the State of North Carolina may be filed with the proposal.
