The COOP closet houses servers and electronics which generate an abundance of heat. The main air conditioning system is a Liebert 5 ton system which is able to keep the space conditioned and humidified to maintain 70 degrees in the space at all times "The Contractor shall provide labor and all materials needed to convert the buildings existing electrical service into two separate services from We Energies utilities." Requesting bids for a contractor to provide all material and labor to install a backup split air condition system at Brewster Village. $50.00 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty.
