The project work is comprised of furnishing all equipment, labor, material, plant, and superintendence to perform all work necessary for this project. The project work is comprised of furnishing all equipment, labor, material, plant, and superintendence to perform all work necessary for the removal of existing roadway and sidewalks, new concrete curbing, new paving of roadway, new bituminous concrete sidewalk, driveway aprons, replace existing concrete encased corrugated metal pipe with new pipe, reset catch basin and manhole tops, traffic markings & signs and associated miscellaneous work. A five percent (5%) bid bond of the total bid must accompany each bid. A non-collusion statement for Prime Contractor and any addendum acknowledgement must be submitted at time of bid. A performance, labor, and materials bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid will be require The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to award the contract to a bidder other than the lowest bid, and to award the contract as it feels will best serve the public interest. All bids valid for sixty (60) days.
