A bid deposit in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the bid in the form of either a certified check drawn on a Chartered Bank of Canada or on a Caisse Populaire, or a bid bond and an agreement relating to the issuance of bonds, in accordance with the examples attached to the call for tenders document, all payable to the "Municipality of Saint-Claude" and refundable under conditions, must accompany the tender. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Canada will be considered, for the purpose of awarding the contract, with the exception of contractors from Nunavut and the Yukon, given that this contract is subject to the ACCQO (Trade and of cooperation between Quebec and Ontario, to the AQNB (Agreement on the liberalization of public procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (2008) and to the AIT/ALEC (Agreement on internal trade / Free trade agreement Canadian) and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1).
