The following contract is for the purchase of bituminous concrete products to be used outside of normal complete street paving projects as well as cold patch in the off plant season. Bidders must supply a list of all contracts of similar nature with municipalities or private companies for the past three (3) years including the name, address and phone number of the contact person. The Contract for supply of these materials shall be for a period of three years. Bid packages are available from the Office of the DPW, 1 st Floor, 109 Front St., Winchendon, MA, or by emailing Tamarah Estes at testes@townofwinchendon.com. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Purchase Contract will be subject to the provisions of the procurement act. M.G.L. Ch. 30, Sec. 13 as amended.
