Site work for a water / sewer project in Sikeston, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station, gravity sewer main and a watermain extension along the Highway 60 South Outer Road in Sikeston, Missouri. The project generally consists of the construction of 3,218 feet of 8 and 10-inch gravity main, a duplex submersible lift station with controls and connections to the existing pressure lines and the installation of 2,002 feet of 18-inch waterline with appurtenances. Bids must be prepared on the proposal form provided and be submitted in the complete specification booklet, and must be accompanied by Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. One contract will be awarded to the lowest and best, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities. The prevailing hourly rate of wages and fringe benefits for workmen, as determined by the Labor Standards of the State of Missouri will be complied with on this project.
